By using the Site and placing an order, you confirm that:

- you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and specifications are accurate.
However:
- images may be illustrative (e.g. prototypes or renders);
- minor variations may occur;
- product specifications may be updated prior to final production.
If a material error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and offer you the option to confirm or cancel your order for a refund.
4. Pre-orders
Certain products are offered as pre-orders, meaning they are not yet available for immediate shipment.
4.1 Nature of pre-orders
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- the product is offered prior to production or final availability;
- shipping dates are estimates only and not guaranteed;
- delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, customs clearance, regulatory approvals, or events beyond our reasonable control.
4.2 Payment
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, full payment is charged at the time the pre-order is placed.
4.3 Product changes
We may make changes to design, materials, packaging, or components where required for quality, safety, regulatory, or supply reasons.
We will not make changes that materially reduce the core functionality of the product without offering you the option to cancel for a refund.
5. Orders and contract formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.
A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and accept payment and/or dispatch the product.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing errors, or legal or export restrictions. Any amounts paid will be refunded.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis.

- such charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping and carrier fees may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.

Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
For consumer orders, risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in our policies limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
