2. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least the age of majority in your country of residence; and
- You have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Products and information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications on the Site are accurate.
However:
- Images may be illustrative only (e.g., prototypes, renders).
- Minor variations in color, materials, or components may occur.
- Product specifications may be updated prior to final production.
If a material error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and will offer you the option to confirm or cancel your order for a full refund.
4. Pre-orders
Certain products are offered as pre-orders, meaning they are not yet manufactured or available for immediate shipment.
4.1 Nature of pre-orders
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- The product is offered prior to production or final availability;
- Shipping dates are estimates only and not guaranteed;
- Delays may occur due to manufacturing, logistics, customs clearance, regulatory approvals, or events outside our reasonable control.
4.2 Payment
Unless otherwise stated at checkout:
- Full payment is charged at the time the pre-order is placed.
4.3 Product changes
We may make changes to design, materials, packaging, or components prior to shipment where necessary for quality, safety, regulatory compliance, or supply reasons.
We will not make changes that materially reduce the core functionality of the product without offering you the option to cancel for a refund.
If a refund is issued due to a cancellation requested by the customer, any non-refundable payment processing or bank transfer fees charged by third-party payment providers may be deducted from the refunded amount, where permitted by law.
If a refund is issued due to a cancellation initiated by us, all applicable payment processing and bank transfer fees will be borne by us.
4.4 Pre-order cancellation
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships and receive a refund to the original payment method.
Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and bank.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable laws.
5. Orders and contract formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us.
A binding contract is formed when we:
- confirm your order by email, and
- accept payment and/or dispatch the product.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized payment, pricing errors, or export restrictions. If an order is cancelled, any amounts paid will be refunded.
6. Prices, currency, taxes, and duties

Prices are displayed in USD, unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for any currency conversion or international transaction fees charged by your payment provider.
6.2 Taxes and import charges

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, international orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis, meaning:
- You are responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or local taxes charged by your country.
- If you refuse to pay applicable import charges and the shipment is returned or abandoned, we may deduct return shipping and carrier fees from any refund where permitted by law.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

For consumer orders, risk of loss passes to you upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
7.3 Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information may be charged where permitted by law.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in our policies limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws, including rights related to faulty, misdescribed, or delayed goods.
9. Promotions and discount codes
Promotional offers and discount codes:
- Have no cash value;
- Are subject to stated terms, availability, and expiration;
- May be withdrawn or cancelled if misused or obtained fraudulently.

All content on the Site, including text, images, designs, logos, trademarks, and product names, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
